Role PurposeThe Coordinator of Internal Communications will support employee-focused communications initiatives and serve as a key member of the Corporate Communications team, supporting day-to-day operations and long-term planning. The ideal candidate will be a creative, motivated self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and winning attitude, appreciation for data, and a solutions-oriented approach to their work with strong writing, analytical and research skills.Job DutiesResponsible for supporting all internal communications channels including newsletters, intranet, digital screens and Slack.Support leadership and employee events including town halls, leadership meetings, activations and other special programmingWriting and maintenance of internal communications documents including messaging, talking moments and other materials. Monitor trends and apply insights to internal communications plansMaintain strategic internal communications tracking documents
