In addition, the Director will assist with a wide variety of Legal Operations projects, including support of Legal’s professional development endeavors, that help maintain the efficient and effective delivery of legal services across NBCUniversal.Job DutiesHandle day-to-day preparation, monitoring, and management of the corporate legal budgetManage planning and administration for annual budget cycles, as well as ad hoc needs throughout the yearInterface with NBCU’s General Counsel and Senior Legal Team regarding budget issuesWork closely with Finance and HR partners on budget forecasts, plans, entries, updates, and accruals as neededOwn vendor relationships for applications within the Legal Operations portfolioSolve issues related to broad portfolio of legal applications that support the legal functionSupport Legal’s professional development activities in partnership with HRAssist with process improvements and other special projects as needed across the Legal Operations portfolio
