Responsibilities:Litigation & Trial Work: Handle cases through all stages of litigation, including trial preparation and trialCase Management: Draft and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and legal memorandaDepositions & Hearings: Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, arbitrations, hearings, and trialsExpert Coordination: Work with expert witnesses, prepare reports and affidavits, and support trial testimonyClient Representation: Guide clients throughout the litigation processCase Types: Handle matters including motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, negligent security, wrongful death, dog bites, and other personal injury claims
