Eataly is seeking a Product Intern for Summer 2025 to work with and learn from Eataly’s Product & Grocery Team. This internship is a unique opportunity for hands-on, professional experience with a fun and dynamic team. Get a taste of what life is like as an Eatalian! Under the supervision of the Category Manager of Grocery, the intern will: Perform data set cleaning to ensure accuracy and completeness, including D365-related checks.Ensure proper date formats and regional specifications are maintained across all datasets.Verify and update label specifications, including Organic, IGP, Kosher, and Non-GMO certifications.Update and refine the Direct Store Delivery (DSD) Guide to align with current standards and best practices.Manage and maintain data integrity through regular audits and validation processes.Continuously working on PowerPoints to display the finer details of new products being launched in Eataly stores worldwide.Create and update the Winter Catalogue and the ICE Catalogue.Perform other duties as required or assigned. This internship runs from June – August.  The internship is onsite at Eataly’s corporate offices in Manhattan, NY. The intern will be scheduled per week, Monday – Thursday from approximately 9 am – 6 pm. Internships at Eataly are paid an hourly rate.  Housing and transportation costs are the responsibility of the intern.
