AECOM is seeking a candidate to act as a Project Controls Analyst and Document Controls Manager for large PMC Infrastructure Projects located in New York, NY area.Works with company financial systems and processesDevelops proficiency in the use of company cornerstone systems and provides cost data in formats necessary to control the project Understands financial terminology and measures and recognizes the financial impact of various project actionsAssists in analyzing and using financial data to identify key project issuesAble to use drawings and specifications in the establishment of project baseline dataDevelops knowledge of accounting principles Assists in assembling data for trending and forecastingPrepares analysis of progress trends and cost impact. May participate in reviewing and approving contractor invoicesCollects and analyzes data on manpower, labor hour, and labor cost requirements versus budget limitationsCollects and analyzes data for tracking actual cost to funding limitationsAssists in tracking purchase orders and subcontract commitments and expendituresPossesses the knowledge of scope control and change managementAssists with the creation of baseline budgetsExposure to scheduling process concepts and principlesExposure to performance management and cost/schedule integration concepts and principlesSupports the project reporting process as requiredParticipates in project cost review meetingsGathers data for procedure development
