We’re hiring a Provider Engagement Account Executive to build strong, performance-driven partnerships with physicians and provider networks. This is a high-touch, field-facing role focused on value-based care, provider performance improvement, and relationship management.This role is ideal for candidates who are comfortable meeting providers face-to-face, leading data-backed performance conversations, and influencing outcomes across clinical and executive audiences.Local travel required up to 4 days per week. Valid Driver’s License required.Position PurposeDevelop strategic partnerships between a health plan and contracted provider networks. Drive provider performance improvement through value-based care initiatives, data analytics, and in-person engagement to improve quality, cost, and outcomes.What You’ll DoConduct regular in-person visits with physicians to:Review performance metricsDiscuss quality, cost, and utilization trendsIdentify opportunities to improve clinical outcomesLead value-based care (VBC/VBP) initiatives aligned to performance-based agreementsUse data analytics and quality measures to monitor provider performance and deliver actionable feedbackBuild trusted relationships with providers and internal stakeholders, including executive-level leadersResolve provider issues by partnering with internal teams and implementing long-term solutionsInvestigate and resolve high-dollar and high-volume claims issuesEducate providers on policies, procedures, referrals, claims submission, EDI, and portal toolsEvaluate provider performance and develop strategic improvement plansPrepare and present performance analyses for joint operating or leadership meetingsAct as a lead and coach for external provider engagement representativesTravel locally up to 4 days per week
