Entry level position: Full time opening for a Client Support Representative.

Your responsibilities would include various tasks such as:
Communicating with our senior and disabled clients regarding their debt and status within the firm.
Communicating with creditors regarding client status with the firm.
Processing client and creditor documents.
Assisting clients that have negative and/or incorrect items on their credit report that need to be corrected.
Processing letters and disputes with the 3 credit bureaus.
We are looking for someone with the following skill sets: Warmth and compassion on the phone are paramount. Phone personality needs to be naturally upbeat, happy and patient with our clients. Sweet as pie. Not easily flustered.
Comprehensive computer and email skills. You should be able to work with outlook, word, excel and move quickly on a computer.
A team personality. All employees work as a team to meet the needs of our clients and the firm. This is a great position for those that like a variety of tasks throughout their day. Work independently. After trained, require little oversight to accomplish job responsibilities.
Experience with credit reports and/or debt matters would be very helpful, but training is provided.
