Position: Restaurant Floor Manager
Are you a natural leader with a knack for creating a positive dining atmosphere? Hearth Market is seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Floor Manager to oversee our new full-service restaurant opening in Feb.
Responsibilities:
Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service standards
Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences
Manage inventory, ordering, and maintaining stock levels
Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for business growth
Requirements:
Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry
Excellent leadership and organizational skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
