National RE Mgmt. Company seeks accomplished and experienced Technician for a 150 unit apartment complex in the Nashua, NH area. Successful and organized candidates must have at least 5 years experience in all trades and appliance repair. Technician is responsible for completing work orders, cleanliness of grounds, snow removal of walkways, and turning over apartments in a timely manner. Position requires living within 1/2 hour of complex for after hour emergency calls.
