Position Overview: Reporting directly to the Property Manager, you'll play a vital role in maintaining our properties to the highest standards. From landscaping to guest turnover, you'll tackle a variety of tasks, ensuring our properties remain pristine and inviting year-round. What You'll Do:
Take charge of landscaping and grounds maintenance, keeping our outdoor spaces looking their best.
Assist with setting up and removing seasonal docks, watercraft, and accessories, ensuring everything is in top condition.
Maintain vehicles and watercraft, keeping them clean, operational, and properly winterized.
Coordinate with vendors and oversee maintenance projects, ensuring quality and timely completion.
Provide exceptional service to our homeowners and guests, helping with guest turnover and addressing any concerns promptly.
Ensure property security and safety measures are in place, contributing to a safe and enjoyable environment.

Qualifications:
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, lifting up to 75lbs.
Experience in landscaping, home maintenance, painting, and light carpentry preferred.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and be on-call when needed.
Previous service industry/hospitality experience is a plus.
