Blue Ribbon Property Improvements is looking to hire professional team players to install all types of fence including vinyl, wood, aluminium, chainlink, and custom work.
Fence Installers- Foreman and Technicians Positions Available
Fence Installer Foreman must be able to:
Have good communication skills to understand each project assigned.
Gather all materials necessary for job together prior to start of job.
Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner and meeting the Blue Ribbon standard.
Demonstrate problem solving skills when challenges arise on a job.
Provide training to fence installer technicians and develop personal skills
Install all fence types including but not limited to wood, vinyl, aluminum, chain-link and more.
Fence Installer Technicians must be able to:
Work directly with Fence Foreman on all projects assigned to him/her.
Be able to operate manual and powered hand tools safely and responsibly.
Load and unload all material required for each job.
Install or repair fence and gates as directed for each job.
Keep trucks and work site clean and organized.
Installers must have valid driver license with good driving record. Must be able to pass DOT physical and be in good physical health. Full time positions with benefits after initial grace period. 5 day work schedule with overtime available. Pays time and a half after 40 hours. Paid to and from job sites. All tools supplied by company.
Experience is preferred however we are willing to train the right candidates for the position.
