We have multiple hi-end Airbnb and other rentals in the Manchester area. We are looking for an experienced person to maintain these properties, including lawns and gardens, taking care of animals including horses and poultry, managing pastures, upkeep of wooded areas, fencing, etc
You must be able to do this work without detailed management, knowing what to do and when. We can supply needed power equipment and truck but you need your own transportation to get to work.
You can control your own hours to a large extent and can work weekends if desired. (In some cases, weekend work will be needed.
If you smoke weed, use drugs at all, or drink during the day, this job is not for you. If you love the outdoors, however, like to work on your own, make many of your own decisions, and create beautiful spaces this could be a great opportunity.
This would be a full time job with possible reduced hours in the winter.
