Green O'Neill Properties has an exciting new position available to join our maintenance team! We are a family-owned and operated property management company based in Dover, NH managing high-end rentals through the Seacoast, Dover, and Rochester area. We are looking for a motivated and hard-working individual to join our maintenance team and assist with the turnovers of apartment units, basic repairs, and general site maintenance and clean up. Our company is rapidly growing and there is opportunity for growth in this position!
Day to day responsibilities include, but not limited to:
-Assist with turnover of apartment units by executing basic repairs, cleaning, touch up painting
-General clean up of sites including but not limited to debris and waste clean-up, pressure washing, weeding, basic landscaping
-Executing general repair work associated with tenant service requests
-Supply run trips and material deliveries
-Tracking all daily tasks in the Appfolio property management system
Preferred Candidate:
-MUST be a motivated, hardworking individual who is eager to learn!
-Basic general construction and repair work experience
-Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle
-Ability to use computer/smart phone technology for tracking through Appfolio system
-Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand, kneel and move around as needed to execute repair tasks
-Resides within 30 minutes of Portsmouth/Dover areas
Mechanical, carpentry, and other specialized construction skills is a plus
Schedule:
-Monday to Friday 830-430pm with some overtime
-Rotating on call schedule – approximately 1 week of on-call per month
-Overtime and on-call additional pay
