Full or part time property maintenance help needed for small properties.
Must be motivated, reliable, organized and have general maintenance knowledge.
Responsibilities include apartment renovations, painting, carpentry, minor plumbing and electric, cleaning, snow removal, tenant communication, and all other aspects of property maintenance.
You must have:
Reliable transportation (pick up truck preferred).
Your own tools.
Good communication with tenants.
