Walker Automotive is looking for a
HIGHLY MOTIVATED
``````````````````` Automotive Service Advisor ``````````````````````````````
We are looking for someone with Automotive Service Sales experience
but would be willing to train the right person, Male or Female, with some
automotive history.
⢠A qualified candidate would have GREAT people skills.
⢠Have the ability to refrain from diagnosing vehicle problems
over the phone and sell the appointment.
⢠Obtain all of the customers concerns and write them up in a clear
concise manner.
⢠Dispatch the vehicle along with all the customers written concerns, to
one of our automotive technicians.
⢠Use the Automotive Technician's repair recommendations
to prepare an exact estimate for the customer.
⢠Professionally explain and SELL all the needed repairs to the customer,
usually over the phone.
⢠When approval is given you must accurately document the authorization information.
⢠Then you must be able to accurately obtain the parts needed to perform the repairs.
⢠Then, upon completion of the repairs, notify the customer, arrange pickup and
collect payment and return the vehicle to the customer in a friendly manner.
Above all, a candidate needs to do all these things in a way that will encourage the
customer to return for a future visit.
A qualified candidate must be a highly organized multi-tasker.
Accurate paperwork is a must.
