Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee our real estate and property development division. Our company owns a large portfolio of residential, commercial, and large undeveloped land tracts. This position is available immediately as our current manager is retiring. This is a unique opportunity to manage a large real estate portfolio like it is your own!
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Manage residential and commercial rental portfolio
· Develop and cultivate relationships with related service providers
· Negotiate and advise on purchases and sales of real estate and related documents
· Identify and evaluate potential sites for purchase and/or development
· Coordinate activities and communications between internal and external investors to complete due diligence, permitting, and financing within appropriate timeframes
· Manage site plan approval and permitting processes for all new sites, including analyzing local ordinances and zoning codes
· Develop work scope, budget, and schedule throughout duration of projects
· Manage additional projects and provide analysis as needed
· Work closely with Owner and upper management
Required Skills:
· NH Real Estate Brokers License (preferred)
· 10+ years of real estate and/or land development experience
· Familiarity with local planning, zoning boards, and regulations (including NH DES land development regulations)
· Availability to attend evening board meetings
· Excellent organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
· Outstanding negotiation, verbal, and written communication skills
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
