BDC Representative Wanted.
Portsmouth Ford-Lincoln has been the premier Ford dealer in New England for over 25 years while serving customers from all over the country. We are looking to add a qualified Business Development Center representative to our team. Due to the high volume of inbound leads and phone calls we need more help! We offer all of our associates a team environment, full benefits and continued training and support. Responsibilities and Duties
Communicate with BDC customers by phone, internet, text and messaging
Comfortable phone skills
Stay connected with our 500 internet leads a month on average, no shortage of customers to contact
Schedule appointments for sales prospects and follow up with customers who have visited the dealership
Sustain a constant customer database from prior months to insure customer retention
Maintain accurate records of daily activities
Create email campaigns to promote updated factory incentives and inventory
Qualifications and Skills
Experience in a BDC environment
Phone and Computer Skills
Reliable transportation with a valid drivers license
Pre-Employment drug test.
