East Coast Lumber, a local building materials and hardware dealer in East Hampstead, NH is seeking to fill positions for Contractor Sales Counter, Millwork Desk, and Estimating Office. Successful candidates will possess good communication and customer service skills, strong work ethic and integrity. Experience is required. General Requirements:
⢠Two or more years experience in selling lumber, building supplies, millwork (including both doors and windows) and hardware utilizing knowledge of products to advise and inform customers of product features.
⢠Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
⢠Must be able to work in a team environment.
⢠Need to have excellent phone skills with the ability to take accurate notes for sales order input.
⢠Must be able to research products on-line and search for product manuals.
⢠Required to process and handle special orders and assist contractor sales office as needed.
⢠Must have good organizational, multitasking and computer skills.
⢠High School degree is required.
