Valpak is seeking a LEAD GEN Specialist to Join our Sales Team.
FLEXIBLE HOURS - HOURLY WAGE + BONUSES!
Search and Schedule qualified appointments with prospective clients for our sales team. Work hours are flexible to best fit your schedule between the hours of 9-5 (M-F). Bonuses are awarded for each sale made off your set appointments. Perfect job for someone retired, Moms looking to get back into the work place or just looking for some extra income. If you are GREAT on the phone and Objections do not bother you then you are perfect for this job. No experience required, only requirement is that you love talking on the phone.
Responsibilities:
Research and find qualified prospects
Schedule qualified appointments with prospective clients
Maintain record of client contact information
Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Previous telemarketing / lead gen experience a plus but not required
Great on the phone and able to handle objections
Ability to build rapport with people / prospective clients
Strong verbal communication skills
Transportation to and from work
Compensation:
$10-$15/hour - based on the number of appointments booked per hour
Part-time 15-25 hours/week
Base pay + Bonus + Team Contest Incentives - $25 Bonus for each sale
