We have an opening for a Carpenter / Project Manager. This position works under the Construction manager. This position is a combination of general carpentry work and assisting with managing projects. Our project consist of new builds, additions and other exterior services.
You should have a at least 15 years of service in the carpentry and building.
Must have strong finish skills.
And general experience in most other building trades.
The ability to move projects along.
Ability to communicate with customers and sub contractors.
Understand the flow of projects.
Be able to solve problems.
Must have a valid license with a good driving record.
Be able to pass a drug screening and background check.
This is a salary position
$80,000 per year to start.
5 days of paid Time off.

We work in all areas of Southern NH, Southern ME and up to the lakes Region.
Company truck provided during work hours.
