We are a large, family owned, well-established developer with 280 acres of infrastructure and 1.5 million square feet of property. We're looking for a dedicated Working Superintendent to join our team and help manage exciting, large-scale construction projects. This is a full-time, year-round position with work all winter and a sign-on bonus for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of construction projects.
- Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Supervise and coordinate on-site teams and subcontractors.
- Perform site layouts and understand engineering drawings.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficient in running GPS systems for construction projects.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
- At least 5 years of experience in construction or a related field.
- Experience in site layouts and managing crews.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
