Your Responsibilities:

We are seeking a part-time Maintenance Superintendent to support our residential property in Hanover, NH. The duties you will be responsible for will include:

Completing daily work orders, unit turnovers, and preventative maintenance.

Keeping the Senior Property Manager up-to-date on the property and any work that needs to be done.

Developing long and short-term maintenance planning.

Performing unit inspections.

Coordinating with contractors.

Updating records and reports related to maintenance.

Working with the Condo Association Board and attending bimonthly evening meetings.

You will be scheduled to work 20-25 hours per week with some flexibility in the work hours and schedule, although you will be required to work Mondays and Fridays. This position includes emergency on-call duties with a weekly stipend.

Your Qualifications:

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and a strong customer service philosophy. An ability to work independently will be key to success in this role.

Knowledge of general apartment repair and previous experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC work is required.

Computer and smartphone skills are required; experience with Yardi or other work order systems would be a plus.

A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are required.
