In this newly created role, the Customer Service and Logistics Specialist will support the order to cash process by processing sales orders with accuracy and in a timely manner. The Specialist will proactively manage escalations and risks within our transport and warehousing network to ensure on-time customer delivery. This role will be based at both our North Sydney and Kingsgrove offices with hybrid working.
