AHRC NYC's Advance & Earn (A&E) Direct Support Professional program is a PAID Internship Program for NYC Youth (18-24). This program prepares NYC youth for a rewarding career as Direct Support Professionals, who provide vital assistance and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.AHRC New York City is one of the largest providers of services for children and adults with developmental disabilities in New York City.
