In this hands-on role, you’ll:Assist in designing and launching paid digital marketing campaigns to hit ambitious goals.Be strong in analytics, being able to identify and optimise CPAs, CPCs and A/B testing.Manage campaigns directly within platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok.Partner with internal analytics teams to identify and act on opportunities for optimisation.Provide campaign performance insights to the team, and help optimise based on results.Collaborate with media partners, digital partnerships, and content teams to amplify impact.Ensure all marketing communications align with brand guidelines and compliance standards.
