The Position:We are currently seeking an experienced Change Manager able to roll up their sleeves to join our team in Melbourne or Sydney for 4 days a week (part time FTE 0.8) on a 12 month fixed term contract.  In this role, you will be responsible  for delivery of sustainable transformational change across Personal Injury Division brands, Business Transformation Project.  The Change Manager will work closely with Business Transformation Project leadership, stakeholders, communications manager and key business stakeholders across MedHealth business.  Key Responsibilities: Focus on the strategic view of the business transformational change and its impact to the whole of the Personal Injury Division brands.Assessing the impact of the change on the organisation, processes, and individuals, and creating detailed change impact assessments.Design and oversees training programs to ensure smooth transition.Develop key change artefacts (incl.  Change impact assessment, training needs analysis, training plan etc.)Ensures that the project and business are aligned on business readiness to adopt change
