Partnering at the heart of our Talent Acquisition transformation, you’ll help embed new ways of working that empower our people, strengthen capability, and unlock lasting value—ensuring change is not just delivered, but truly embraced.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract. 

In this role you will:Develop and own the change strategy for the TA transformation, spanning systems, processes, operating model, and digital uplift.Assess and manage change impacts, readiness, and adoption risks across TA, hiring managers, P&C, and business stakeholders.Design and deliver stakeholder engagement and communications that support understanding, readiness, and sustained adoption.Enable capability uplift through role‑based training aligned to future‑state processes and system solutions.Activate and support a change champion network to reinforce adoption and local change leadership.Track and drive business readiness and adoption through key milestones, addressing resistance and gaps to ensure successful go‑lives.
