OFX has been a trusted innovator in global money movement for over 25 years.Purpose of your role The Global Cards Product Manager is responsible for defining, building, and scaling OFX’s card products across global markets (APAC, EMEA, and North America). This role owns the cards product end-to-end, from strategy and roadmap through to delivery, launch, and ongoing optimisation.
The role combines deep card domain expertise with strong product management capability, working closely with Engineering, Design (UI/UX), Operations, Legal and external partners (e.g. Visa, card processors) to deliver seamless, high-quality client experiences across both B2B and B2C use cases.What you doProduct OwnershipOwn the end-to-end cards product lifecycle (strategy → roadmap → build → launch → optimisation)Define and prioritise the product roadmap based on client needs, commercial opportunities, and regulatory requirementsMake clear trade-off decisions on what to build and whyWork closely with Engineering teams (backlog, prioritisation, delivery)Customer & Use Case DevelopmentWork directly with clients and internal stakeholders to understand real-world use cases across B2B and B2CDefine and evolve product capabilities such as cashback, rewards, expense management, and card controlsDrive development and adoption of features including receipt and invoice uploads, expense capture, and transaction visibilityEnsure product decisions are grounded in customer value and usabilityUX & Experience OwnershipPartner with UI/UX and Design teams to create intuitive, high-quality card experiencesEnsure seamless user journeys across card issuance, activation, usage, and managementOptimise flows such as expense submission, receipt uploads, and controlsContinuously improve the experience based on user feedback and dataScheme & Partner IntegrationOwn relationships with card schemes (e.g. Visa), processors, and vendorsEnsure product capabilities align with scheme requirements and constraintsWork with partners to enable new features and capabilitiesContribute to commercial discussions (pricing, incentives, interchange structures)Program Delivery & ExecutionOwn delivery of card programs across APAC, EMEA, and North AmericaLead and oversee key documentation including:  CIQs (Card Issuer Questionnaires)  PRDs (Product Requirements Documents)  Scheme onboarding and compliance artefactsWork closely with Engineering to ensure on-time, high-quality deliveryManage dependencies across Product, Engineering, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and LegalPerformance & OptimisationPartner with Marketing to define and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launchesDefine and track product success metrics (adoption, usage, retention, revenue drivers)Analyse product performance to identify opportunities to improve experience, growth, and unit economicsDrive continuous iteration based on data, insights, and market feedbackCross-functional LeadershipAct as the single product owner for cards across OFXAlign Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Risk, Compliance, and LegalDrive execution across the full lifecycle: idea → build → launch → operate → optimiseWhat success looks likeDelivery of a scalable, high-quality cards product across global marketsStrong customer adoption and engagement of card featuresMeasurable improvements in client experience and usabilitySuccessful rollout of key capabilities (expense management, receipt capture, controls)Timely and compliant delivery of all card initiativesContinuous improvement in product performance and economics
