As a key extension of the Executive Office, this role provides direct and high-level administrative support to the General Manager, ensuring the seamless coordination of their day-to-day activities. Responsibilities include managing complex diaries, coordinating appointments, handling confidential correspondence, screening calls, and facilitating communications across departments. The role requires a proactive approach to maintaining schedules, and ensuring all executive meetings—whether internal or with owners—are meticulously prepared for, with minutes, reports, and briefing papers produced to an exceptional standard.The Executive Assistant plays a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency and presentation of the Executive Office. This includes preparing bespoke presentations, managing VIP bookings and guest itineraries with the utmost discretion and attention to detail, and coordinating travel arrangements for senior leadership, business associates, and distinguished guests. The role also involves supporting the monthly owners’ reporting process, ensuring timely and accurate submissions, and liaising effectively with senior stakeholders, suppliers, and team members to uphold the highest standards of professionalism and service.With an emphasis on discretion, precision, and elegance, this role ensures the smooth functioning of the Executive Office by overseeing office systems and supporting the General Manager with all necessary documentation. By cultivating trusted relationships with both internal teams and external partners, the Executive Assistant helps uphold the reputation of the hotel as a place of excellence, sophistication, and thoughtful leadership.
