To provide a high level of professional and confidential administrative support to the Group Executive Personal Injury and the Personal Injury Senior Leadership Team. This is a maternity cover for 12 months.Responsibilities include:Supporting the Group Executive Personal Injury and Personal Injury Senior Leaders, as requiredActing as the point of contact among Personal Injury Leadership Team, employees, clients and other external partnersProactive diary managementCalendar managementArrange, co-ordinate and prepare for stakeholder meetingsCo-ordinate flights and accommodation for leadersEvent co-ordination and bookings on behalf of leadersArrange internal and external meetings, including room, teleconference and videoconference bookings, equipment set-up and catering on behalf of the leadership team, at their requestSchedule meetings and record, prepare and distribute meeting minutesDraft/formatting correspondence, communications, PowerPoint presentations and other documentsMaintaining databases and producing reports, as required
