We are looking for  Project Manager to support large scale health projects, working with the Senior Project manager/Directors to deliver the facility planning, design, procurement, and construction phases. Your responsibilities includes:To Support and managing projects and programs as the key client interfaceManaging complex and diverse stakeholder relationshipsDeveloping working relationships, problem solving and driving projects to successful completionManaging multiple project budgets and advising on options to keep budget on trackManaging the project delivery process across multiple projects and programmes to achieve the client's requirements and manage expectationsReviewing project plans and specifications, scheduling, costs saving measures, discrepancies, potential construction problems, etc.Managing project timelines, risks and reportingChairing project meetings with clients and consultantsAnalysing and defining future programme and portfolio strategiesBeing engaged with marketing and business development initiativesDriving business outcomes alongside project outcomes.
