Your OpportunityWe are looking for a Data & Reporting Analyst to join our dynamic People & Culture division on an initial 12-month maximum term contract.This is a unique opportunity to elevate People & Culture data and analytics capability. You’ll be responsible for delivering insightful reporting, improving data quality, and developing dashboards and automated solutions that empower leaders to make informed decisions.Working closely with stakeholders across P&C, Finance, Risk, and Technology, you’ll combine technical expertise with business acumen to unlock the value of workforce data.You'll also make an impact by:Delivering regular and ad hoc reporting, translating data into actionable insightsDesigning, building, and enhancing dashboards and visualisations (Power BI or similar)Improving data integrity, governance, and system outputs across P&C systemsAutomating reporting processes using Excel, scripting, or analytics toolsConducting data analysis on workforce trends, including remuneration and benefitsSupporting key people initiatives such as annual salary reviews and reward programsIdentifying data discrepancies and implement solutions to improve data qualityContributing to system improvements, transformation initiatives, and new projectsPartnering with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver tailored insights
