This is a leadership role with breadth, impact and real influence. As People & Culture Consulting Manager, you’ll lead a multidisciplinary team across employee relations, operational safety and wellbeing, while partnering closely with leaders and People & Culture stakeholders across TAL. You’ll bring together technical expertise, sound judgement and people leadership to help ensure workplace matters are handled fairly, consistently and with care.
