Examples of Duties
Supervises Fund My Future Program staff and operations
Serves as the program liaison for program participants and the college
Coordinates and supervises program activities and logistical needs
Provides one-on-one participant coaching and support for participant success
Coordinates participant intake and pre/post-testing
Oversees curriculum development
Attends/conducts required staff, partner, and technical meetings
Collects, compiles, and reports participant data to College and required agencies
Conducts inventory of equipment and supplies and coordinates repair/maintenance as needed
Creates and supervises required program schedules
Maintains participant data and oversees the maintenance of participant files
Orders necessary supplies for program execution
Participates in professional associations and groups related to the Fund My Future program
Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for College and grant partners, as required
Presents workshops, training sessions, and information sessions as needed
Provides participant advice and referrals to additional courses and programs
Recruits, screens, and recommends new hires and evaluates staff
Responds to potential participants and other program inquiries
Responsible for recruitment and intake of eligibility of participants
Serves as program liaison with outside agencies and partners
Serves on internal and external committees related to the delivery of grant objectives
Uses College’s student and financial information system to run reports
Works with other College departments to meet program objectives and requirements
Performs duties related as assigned
Typical QualificationsEducation:
Bachelor's degree
Experience
Three to five years of experience working with grant-funded programs
Experience with the development and delivery of training programs
Competencies and Skills
Experience working with Workforce Development Boards and state/federal agencies
Experience working with budgets
Proficient in Microsoft Office products and ability to work with databases
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to deliver speaking presentations to small and large audiences
Supplemental InformationTerms of Employment
This position requires scheduling to include evenings and weekends and duties at any Atlantic Cape campus and other locations related to delivering the grant objectives.
This is a grant-funded position scheduled to expire on or before December 31, 2025
