We want you to bring your passion and talent to the Mövenpick Hotel Auckland Team! As a Bartender, your primary responsibilities will include:Creating an attractive atmosphere in BODA bar through service and ambianceCreating cocktails and delivering a unique experience for our guestsDaily preparation and closing of bar areaDeliver high‑quality guest service by providing efficient, friendly and professional food and beverage service that meets standards, including VIP/regular guest needs and room service.Maintain operational excellence through proper hygiene, cleaning, mis‑en‑place, equipment control, stock takes, and accurate communication with kitchen and guests.Ensure accurate financial processes including guest billing, shift revenue reconciliation, and correct posting of charges.Support smooth daily operations by adhering to service times, ensuring staff competence and sales maximisation, and working flexibly across a 7‑day rotating roster with early and late shifts.
