JOB DUTIES:


REMOTE Position


Documentation specialists' responsibilities may vary with the industry, and with the methods used to store and retrieve documents. Document specialists are responsible for storing data and records for document retrieval and archives. Perform some type of data entry as part of their job. This may be as simple as adding numbers to a spreadsheet or may involve word processing and typing skills. Keeping data organized, safe and available is one of the main tasks of the Document Specialist. They may be required to simply print the necessary information or may be asked to compile reports or statistics to best display the data.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Review employee submissions, including reviewing the attachment and ensuring the data submitted by employees align with to the information on the attachment
2. Correct the data if employee input is not accurate
3. Select an appropriate communication template to be sent to the employee
4. Enter any relevant notes if any exceptions observed in the review


EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:


AA/BA degree in a related field desired.


LOGISTICS:
Shift: 8 hour shift between the hours of 8 AM and 6 PM EST Weekend work up to every other weekend required. Fully Remote position. Verizon will provide the work equipment required.
