We are looking for compassionate Certified Nurse Assistants/Home Health Aides to assist in daily nursing, living, and personal care services in accordance with an established care plan.  Job OverviewAssists residents in all aspects of their daily life as indicated in the resident’s care plan, including personal care, food service, housekeeping, laundry, behavior management, socialization, and activities.Part-Time 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pmPer diem all shiftsSalary: $21.00 - $21.20 HourlyResponsibilities and DutiesProvide resident care to residents that include bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding, as outlined in their care planMaintain the safety, comfort, dignity, and confidentiality of all residentsEscort residents to meals and activitiesEnsures all assigned residents are clean, neatly dressed and groomed, safe, and fed during assigned shiftsDocument all services provided to your assigned residents during your shiftReport any change of condition in a resident immediately to your supervisorCertified Nursing Assistant or Certified Home Health AideKnowledge and experience in working with the elderly population, preferred dementia experience
