Program Management:
o Implementation and execution of GRA’s revised Process, Data and Technology governance model
o Development, refinement, and deployment of governance processes and templates
o Ensure teams meet governance standards and propose areas for improvements.
o Partner closely with sponsors and project managers to define scope, deliverables, resourcing, plan. The role will not have budget accountability.
o Surface and manage key cross dependencies from the projects/initiatives
o Prepare senior level governance committee agenda, materials, minutes, and actions with co-chairs.
Skills & Qualifications:
Global Program Management experience in Pharma for process/data/technology initiatives, Regulatory Information Management background, strong communication/facilitation skills, and working knowledge of change management principles. Prior experience with Veeva Vault document management systems and overall business Governance Process and Standards experience.
o Location: Virtual to start based on COVID restrictions. Post COVID restrictions, prefer Bridgewater, NJ facility.
o Years of Experience: 3-5 Years
