RN Supervisor (Registered Nurse Supervisor) - WeekendsDuties Include for RN Supervisor (Registered Nurse Supervisor) :
Responsible for oversight of the facility and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations
Maintains nursing guidelines are appropriate
Establishes a compassionate environment by providing support to residents, families and employees.
Maintains a safe and clean working environment
Maintains resident confidentiality by monitoring confidential information processing.
Maintains a cooperative relationship among the interdisciplinary team
Requirements/Qualifications:
Must hold a current RN license in the state of NJ
LTC experience preferred
Basic computer skills
Excellent communication skills
