OHM International Inc. is a fast-growing importer and a wholesale distributor of high-quality stone products operating from 10 branch locations. Head office is in New Jersey. OHM provides all its entry-level staff with quality training to gain necessary skills to build a carrier in Accounting.

Description of the Job opportunity:

We are looking for a full-time entry level Accounts Assistant.

The core-scope of work includes Invoicing, Inventory posting, AR Posting, Credit card accounts reconciliation, posting vendor invoices & cutting checks, managing data files, filing/maintaining documents. However, when necessary, the supervisor may assign additional work.

Qualification:

Diploma/associate degree in accounting or business administration and hands on experience in Sage 50/ERP software with MS Office.

Location:

This opportunity is at OHM Monroe Twp, New Jersey office. All staff members work from the office.

Timings will be from 8.30 AM to 5.00 PM with 30 minutes lunch break.
