CLIENT OVERVIEW:
Our client is a large manufacturing business looking to add an Accounts Receivable Analyst. This company is looking for an experienced professional that can grow within the organization and become a key member of the team.
SALARY/HOURLY RATE:
$27 – $28/hr
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Accounts Receivable Analyst applicants must have a strong attention to detail, and analytical skills. Looking for a Accounts Receivable Analyst with previous experience and preferably a background in manufacturing — but willing to train the right candidate on the industry. Highly analytical and well versed in Excel is a huge plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE ANALYST:
Billing, A/R, and Collections experience
Researching and resolving accounts receivable with customers and vendors
Investigative Accounts Receivable, looking for errors and auditing
Updating and reconciling invoices
Accounts Receivable
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE ANALYST:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong excel skills
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Accounts Receivable Experience
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Associates degree and relevant experience is required
