Experienced bookkeeper with construction background preferred

Accounting operations professional
Payroll processing, timesheet record keeping, weekly and quarterly tax returns
Accounts Receivable
Expense tracking
General Ledger accounting skills
Bank Reconciliations
Manufacturing and job costing experience a plus
Office administration
Proficient in excel, word, outlook
Excellent computer skills
Ethical approach to finance, fiscal budgeting knowledge
Managerial aptitude
Strong communication skills with ability to solve complex problems

Ability to establish working relationships with vendors and credit accounts
