Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Staffing Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is focused on generating new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving revenue through the sale of staffing and workforce solutions across the IT and professional services sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients for staffing services across the US market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (e.g., hiring managers, HR leaders).
- Understand client staffing needs and recommend appropriate recruitment solutions.
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure timely and successful placement of candidates.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs related to lead generation, client meetings, and closures.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and pipeline in CRM tools.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the staffing or recruitment industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with IT roles and staffing lifecycle is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and ability to work independently.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
