Job Description:
We are looking for the right person who can effectively manage our store's operations, handling a range of responsibilities including overseeing a vehicle inventory of 150-200 cars. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the automotive industry, particularly in roles such as General Manager (GM), General Sales Manager (GSM), and Finance & Insurance (F&I).
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the dealership, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
Oversee vehicle inventory, including procurement, pricing, and merchandising
Lead and motivate sales and finance teams to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
Utilize Dealercenter/DMS software and Spreadsheets for efficient dealership management
Handle F&I processes, including financing, insurance, and warranties
Implement strategies to optimize profitability and customer retention
Qualifications:
Proven experience in automotive dealership management, preferably in GM/GSM/F&I roles
Proficiency with Dealercenter/DMS software and Spreadsheets
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
