Camera Repair Parts Admin

Responsible for managing the receipt, verification, labeling, storage, documentation, and security of all camera repair supplies/parts. Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries via telephone or email, focusing on providing comprehensive product information and resolving non-technical issues. This is temporary to perm after 90 days.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide needed parts to repair technicians and contractors timely

Assist in determining order levels and also parts return and/or recovery

Work with external customers on parts order issues and/or procurement

Provide phone or online support in assisting contractors

Monitor Accessories Website and Process

Maintain Inventory

Process orders and communicate to the customer

Fulfill all parts orders that are received by authorized service centers and consumers

Assist with organizing and maintaining all physical parts locations and create labels as needed

Assist in conducting monthly inventory of all camera parts locations

Assist in the disassembly of camera parts as required

WORKING CONDITIONS

Works on-site in an office/facility

Overtime may be requested due to business needs

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Sitting, standing bending required

Lifting upwards of 50 lbs.

Qualifications include:

High School Diploma or GED

1 yr + Parts room experience preferred

Administrative Skills

Strong attention to detail

Japanese speaking a must

Excel and word

Inventory Skills

Customer Service

Excellent customer service abilities

Proficiency in providing comprehensive product information

Ability to effectively manage camera repair supplies/part
