Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to customers via phone and email
- Create work orders, and dispatch service technicians
- Completing invoices and processing payments
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Utilize phone etiquette skills to handle inbound and outbound calls
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Assist with resolving customer complaints or issues
Skills:
- Fluent in English (written and verbal communication)
- Multilingual skills are a plus, particularly Spanish
- Experience with FieldEdge is a plus
-Proficient with data entry
