Established American mfg firm in Linden, New Jersey is
seeking an energetic and enthusiastic customer service
representative
Responsibilities and Duties:
-Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries-Work with a broad range of customers and incoming calls-Ensure orders are entered and scheduled timely
-Provide product information and resolve problems for
accounts
-Be detail oriented and be able to multi-task and manage
time effectively
-Prepare invoices & general admin work
Qualifications and Skills:
-communicate effectively on incoming calls on phone and
via email
-Demonstrate a "can do" attitude with a willingness to be
flexible and customer service oriented
-Be able to solve problems in a timely manner, exercise
good problem solving & multi task
Have a basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office &
MS Office Including Excel/some computer literacy
Hours are 830 AM to 5 PM Mon-Fri
