Position: Customer Service/Call Center Representative
Compensation: $19 and above

Join our contracting office as a Customer Service/Call Center Representative. We’re looking for a passionate individual who can proactively support our team.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate projects from initial contact to scheduling.
- Track marketing sources of leads.
- Communicate with customers via phone and email.
- Schedule estimates and follow up on projects.
- Identify improvement areas and assist with various tasks.
Qualifications:
- Reliable and integral to operations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Professional and articulate in customer interactions.
- Quick learner who can adapt to changing conditions.
Schedule: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with potential overtime.
