Ace Walco Termite and pest control is looking for a Customer Service Representative who can handle a fast-paced workload, stay self-directed, and bring a positive attitude to every customer interaction.
Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic positive customer service representative to join our team! For this position we are looking for a friendly and professional individual to provide exceptional support to our valued customers. Excellent communication and a proactive attitude will help with creating strong relationships, promote customer satisfaction and resolve inquiries quickly.
Job expectations
Manage a high volume of calls, and computer-based tasks, including scheduling, data entry, and service updates
Respond to customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries with professionalism and care
Schedule pest control services and coordinate technician routes
Help customers understand treatment options, service plans, and follow-up steps
Troubleshoot basic to in-depth customer issues with accuracy and professionalism
Provide excellent phone etiquette when resolving concerns and provide solutions while keeping a friendly, reassuring tone
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
Stay organized and manage your own workflow effectively
Process credit card transactions and light collection calls
Skills
Strong computer skills and the ability to learn industry-specific software
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently, stay focused, and manage time well
Positive, calm demeanor—especially when customers are stressed
Detail-oriented with strong data entry accuracy
Experience in pest control or home services is a plus, but not required
