Boutique Multi-Media Company & Photography Studio looking for part time to assistant to assist with photo shoots, podcast recordings and help with administrative duties such answering phones, responding to emails, scheduling of appointments, helping out with marketing, and other administrative duties. Bilingual is a plus but person must be able to speak English. Ideal candidate should be comfortable being on camera as we do record clips for social media and also conduct online meetings with potential clients. Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required. Knowledge of Adobe Applications and suite is a plus.
